Transfer A Tape understands the importance of you and your families privacy. We pledge that Transfer A Tape will not publish or share the contents of any product that is digitize using our services. We do reserve the right to use your name with social media to advertise our services.
How long we retain your data
After delivery of your final digitize results, Transfer A Tape will maintain a backup copy of all work delivered in the event of issues relating to the final output. These issue may in could, but are not limited to, errors in the digital file creation or copying to USB flash drives or DVDs. These errors might include picture or sound quality issues or damaged caused by Transfer A Tape to the final delivered product. These retained copies will be keep for a minimum of 2 weeks for insure that our clients are satisfied with our service.
If you decide that you do not desire Transfer A Tape to retain a copy of your digitized files, please notify us during the digitizing process. Note, if there are issues with final product delivery there could possibly additional charges for digitizing the tapes, film, DVD’s, photos, slides or negatives again.
What rights you have over your transfers and scans
Transfer a Tape does not own your digital transfers or scans. Transfer A Tape makes no claim of ownership over the final digitized version of your tapes, movie film, photos, slides or negatives.
